Shift bar housing rebuild kits

Sloppy or imprecise shifting on a Roadranger usually traces back to worn shift bar housing components. The K-2255 shift bar housing rebuild kit supplies the parts to rebuild the housing on Eaton Fuller manual transmissions. We also list the K-2249, K-2251 and K-7055 shift bar housing kits and the K-3120 shift bar housing conversion kit. Range and splitter valve kits

For the range side we carry the A-5000 range slave valve assembly, the K-3191 master valve repair kit, the K-3682 range valve kit, and the K-2809 and K-1433 range cylinder kits. On the splitter side, the K-3331 splitter valve replacement kit includes the A-6863 splitter cover assembly, O-rings, connector and silicone lube; the A-4494 splitter valve assembly and K-3406 splitter repair kit are listed alongside it.

Reverse switches, neutral switches and sensors

The 5505084 reverse lamp switch is the 2-pin plug switch that signals the reverse lamps on Eaton Fuller manual transmissions (also referenced as FUL-5505084 and ZBF5505084). We also stock the 22940 and GX2771532 reverse switches, the 22941 neutral switch and the K-4049 rotary position sensor kit.

Cruise control and speed control modules

The K-3539 cruise control module is one of our most-ordered Eaton parts. It measures about 7 x 7-1/8 x 3-1/2 in., cross-references to 4905001, 85104295, K3539-SP and ZBFK3539, and is used with Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Cummins and Mack engines. The 5586032 cruise control is listed beside it.

Transmission air line kits

The ALK1 four-line air line kit connects the shift knob to the transmission with four 12-foot 5/32 push-in lines (red, black, blue and green), three 90-degree elbows and five straight fittings. It fits Eaton Fuller 13, 15 and 18 speed transmissions and all 8LL models that run four lines to the knob. The ALK2 is the two-line version, and air line tubing by the 50-foot roll is available for shop stock.

Cross-shaft and clutch install kits

The K-4036 cross shaft assembly kit contains the ECA actuator shaft, clutch release shaft, roller yoke assembly, bushings, grease seal and mounting hardware; the 8877154 cross shaft is available on its own. When the clutch comes out, the K-4145 clutch install kit bundles the pilot bearing, shielded roller bearing, input shaft assembly, seal kit, cross-shaft kit, gasket, front bearing cover and hardware. The K-2468, K-3600 front and K-3762 severe duty clutch install kits are also listed.

Transmission cooler and heat exchanger kits

The K-1956 cooler installation kit is a complete transmission oil cooler kit built around the 18025 oil cooler with brackets, fittings and hose. The K-4245 and K-3358 heat exchanger kits and the K-3740 extension cooler kit round out the cooling parts.
