877XCFJP-M5AC Chelsea 877 Series PTO

The Chelsea 877XCFJP-M5AC or 877XCFJPM5AC is a constant-mesh power take-off from the Chelsea 877 Series, engineered for 10-bolt Allison transmission applications with a high-torque, continuous-duty workload. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline with a 1410 companion flange. Shaft power reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1000 RPM. Continuous torque is rated up to 670 lb-ft (check application pages for actual torque ratings for your installation). The compact housing keeps clearance issues to a minimum, and the rotatable output flange gives you two arrangement options to fit tight installations. The Chelsea 877 Series is designed for high-torque, demanding-duty installations where the PTO must operate continuously without de-rating. Eight internal gear ratios offer a wide range of output speeds to suit virtually any pump or driveline requirement. Pressure lubrication is integrated into the PTO housing and requires only one hose for installation. Typical applications for the 877 Series include refuse trucks, aerial and fire and rescue trucks, snow and ice equipment, oil and gas, and defense vehicles. Two assembly arrangements are available to maximize installation clearance in tight chassis configurations.
