The Chelsea 890XAFJW-B5XV or 890XAFJWB5XV is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO from the Chelsea 890 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features an SAE C ("XS") output shaft with a wet-spline interface to reduce wear on the pump shaft in demanding cycles. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in PTO-plus-extension designs, and the clutch sits at the rear of the unit so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission, moving the pump flange rearward for improved frame-rail clearance.
