The Chelsea 680XSAHX-V3GK is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 680 Series, engineered for medium to heavy duty manual transmission applications including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Daimler/Detroit, and other transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture.
