The Chelsea 871LGFJW-B5TK is a 10-bolt, PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Its compact housing is engineered to minimize clearance conflicts during installation, and the ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces the effects of engine vibration. The 871 Series supports wet spline lubrication and offers nine speed ratios across thirteen output configurations, covering applications from fire and rescue to refuse and truck cranes.
