The Chelsea 871XJQTW-B5RS is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give it a wide application footprint across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane equipment. The compact housing is engineered to minimize clearance conflicts at installation, and the ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibration-related wear. Shaft power output reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
