The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off, part number 442XSESX-A6XD or SP442XSESX-A6XD, is a 6-bolt mounting PTO designed to fit virtually all existing 6-bolt transmission applications. The 442 Series features a cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings on the output shaft, characteristics that define the series' torque capacity and service life. Shift is accomplished via wire/cable or mechanical means, and the output shaft is a round shaft with a 1-1/4" key. The series supports an intermittent torque range of 201 to 300 lb-ft and output power of 46 to 55 HP, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Typical applications within the 442 Series include tow trucks, service trucks, dump trucks, and small aerial trucks.
