The Chelsea 221XEAHP-W3XR or 221XEAHPW3XR is a Power Take-Off unit from Chelsea's 221 Series, a cast iron, 6-bolt mounted PTO built for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment.
