The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off, part number 272XPAJX-A5RK or 272XPAJXA5RK, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty working equipment. The 272 Series consolidates earlier Chelsea PTO lines into one platform with nine speed ratios and eighteen shift configurations. It supports intermittent torque from 201 to 300 lb-ft and delivers 56 or more horsepower output. Shift options include pneumatic and hydraulic, and an integral air control valve comes standard. Direct-mount outputs are available with optional Wet-Spline technology for extended pump shaft life. Applications span aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck equipment.
