877XEFJP-M5AC Chelsea 877 Series PTO

The Chelsea 877XEFJP-M5AC or 877XEFJPM5AC is a constant-mesh power take-off from the Chelsea 877 Series, designed for 10-bolt Allison transmission applications with high torque demands and continuous-duty cycles. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-spline configuration with a 1410 companion flange. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft (908 Nm), with intermittent torque starting at 501 lb-ft. Shaft power is rated at 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. Two assembly arrangements allow rotatable output flanges for tight installation clearances. Wet Spline Technology helps extend PTO and pump shaft service life. The 877 Series is suited for refuse, aerial, snow and ice, and fire and rescue truck applications. The Chelsea 877 Series is Parker Chelsea's highest-capacity 10-bolt PTO line for Allison transmissions. Its constant-mesh design makes it the correct choice for load-sense pump circuits and other applications where the PTO remains engaged continuously. Eight internal gear ratios are available across the 877 Series to match a wide range of hydraulic system speed requirements. Pressure lubrication is integrated into the PTO housing; one hose connection completes the lube circuit. The 877 Series is used across aerial, refuse, fire and rescue, snow and ice, oil and gas, and defense truck platforms.
