The Chelsea 877 Series Power Take-Off, part number 877XEFJP-M3XV or 877XEFJPM3XV, is a constant-mesh, 10-bolt PTO designed for Allison transmissions. Output is through a 1-1/2" 10-spline shaft with a 1410 companion flange. Continuous torque reaches 670 lb-ft (908 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The compact housing reduces installation clearance conflicts, and rotatable output flanges give additional positioning flexibility. Wet Spline Technology helps extend service life for both the PTO and connected pump shaft. Typical applications include refuse trucks, aerial work trucks, snow and ice equipment, and fire and rescue vehicles. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.

Additional Information

The Chelsea 877 Series is suited for demanding, high-torque continuous-duty work. Applications include refuse trucks, aerial trucks, fire and rescue vehicles, snow and ice equipment, and oil and gas service vehicles. Eight internal gear ratios cover a wide range of output speeds. Pressure lubrication is integrated into the PTO housing and requires a single hose, which is included with the unit. Two assembly arrangements are available to maximize installation clearance. Note: Parker Chelsea lists the 877 Series as obsolete. Contact Pro Gear and Transmission to confirm current availability and fitment for your specific Allison transmission configuration.
