The Chelsea 282XDAJX-13RS or 282XDAJX13RS is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 282 Series. It accepts either pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and delivers output through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque falls in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Shaft output power runs 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1000 RPM. The 282 Series suits aerial, construction equipment, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications. The integral air valve and rotatable flanges simplify installation.
