The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XDAJX-K3RK or 282XDAJXK3RK, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding mobile equipment applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and fits transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and select other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included. The 282 Series carries a continuous-duty torque capability up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range.
