The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GFAHX-A3XY or 489GFAHXA3XY, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a common leak path. Output is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm), with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
