Chelsea 489 Series PTO Assembly, part number 489GRAHX-V5XX or 489GRAHXV5XX, is an 8-bolt unit with wire/cable mechanical shift designed for Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft (keyed option available), rated for intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP. Shaft power measures 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The kit-style construction simplifies service, and internal parts share commonality with the 442 Series.
