The Chelsea 489ZSDAX-V5XD or 489ZSDAXV5XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting opening, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible units. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration with key. The 489 Series carries intermittent torque ratings in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
