The Eaton Detroit Locker Differential Install Kit K-D80-R or KD80R is a Dana 80 rear axle installation kit built for Eaton locker models 225SL131A, 225SL105A, 915A567, 915A450, 916A566, and 916A427. The kit supplies the core hardware needed to properly seat and torque the differential: Timken carrier bearings, head bearing, tail bearing, pinion seal, pinion nut, carrier shims, pinion shims, thread locking compound, gear marking compound, and RTV gasket maker. The Dana 80 carrier uses 12 ring gear bolts with standard rotation, a 37-tooth pinion spline, and 35/37 axle spline count, and the cover features 10 bolts.
