The Muncie A20-A1005-HX31X (also referenced as A20A1005HX31X) is a medium-duty, clutch-shift power take-off from the Muncie A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions via a 10-bolt mount. The A20 Series carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating across three available housing arrangements, and supports output speeds ranging from a 5-speed through a 15-speed ratio, with engine percentage outputs spanning from 74% on a 3000 Series at the 5-speed ratio up to 201% at the 15-speed ratio on a 4000 Series. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, the pump flange is rotatable for flexible installation positioning, and the unit accepts the EX Drive shaft extension.
