The Muncie A20-A1005-HX3X4PX or A20A1005HX3X4PX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the Muncie A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series automatic transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees for mounting flexibility, and the rotatable pump flange simplifies hydraulic plumbing. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, while the increased output shaft diameter adds durability under load. Extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and increased installation clearance reduce fitment headaches. The A20 Series carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, comes in three housing arrangements, and is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
