The Muncie A20-A1007-HX3PBPX or A20A1007HX3PBPX is a medium-duty, clutch shift power take-off built for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions, mounting via a 10-bolt pattern. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend service life, and the shift cover rotates 360 degrees for flexible installation positioning. A rotatable pump flange and increased clearance simplify installation in tight spaces. The enlarged output shaft diameter adds durability under sustained loads, and gear geometry has been optimized to reduce operating noise. The design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating and supports three housing arrangements. The unit is also compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
