The Muncie A20-A1007-SX3X4PX or A20A1007SX3X4PX is a medium-duty, clutch shift power takeoff from the Muncie A20 Series, designed for use on Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions via a 10-bolt mounting pattern. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend service life, and an increased-diameter output shaft for added durability. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, giving installers flexibility in tight engine compartments, and the rotatable pump flange further simplifies plumbing layout. Reduced leak paths and optimized gear geometry keep noise low in continuous-duty cycles. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
