The Muncie A20-A1008-HR1BBPX or A20A1008HR1BBPX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend PTO service life, and features an increased-diameter output shaft for added durability. A 360-degree rotating shift cover and rotatable pump flange simplify installation and mounting flexibility, while extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and increased housing clearance ease the process further. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension. Reduced leak paths and a maximized gear design keep noise low in service.
