The Muncie A20-A1008-HX3BBPX-XX or A20A1008HX3BBPXXX is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees for flexible installation positioning, and the pump flange is also rotatable to suit varied hydraulic plumbing layouts. Increased clearance around the unit simplifies installation in tight bays. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter adds durability under sustained load. The clutch pack design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, and the maximized gear profile reduces operating noise. Three housing arrangements are available to match your mounting requirements, and extended-length mounting fasteners are included. The unit is also compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
