The Muncie A20-A1008-HX5CB or A20A1008HX5CB is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend service life. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees and the pump flange is fully rotatable, giving installers flexibility in tight engine compartments. An enlarged output shaft diameter adds durability under sustained loads, and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners simplify installation. The design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating across all speed ratios and supports three housing arrangements. It is also compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
