The Muncie A20-A1008-JX3IIPX or A20A1008JX3IIPX is a medium-duty, clutch-shift power takeoff from Muncie's A20 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features a rotatable pump flange, a shift cover that allows 360-degree rotation for flexible installation, and a proven clutch pack design. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, while the increased output shaft diameter adds durability under load. Gear geometry is optimized to reduce operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep maintenance demand low.
