The Muncie A20-A1008-SX3X4 or A20A1008SX3X4 is a medium-duty clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's A20 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features a shift cover with 360-degree rotation, a rotatable pump flange, and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners that simplify installation. A proven clutch pack design pairs with tapered roller bearings for longer service life, while an increased-diameter output shaft handles higher drive loads. The gear profile is optimized to reduce operating noise. The unit supports three housing arrangements and is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
