The Muncie A20-A1008-SX5CBPW or A20A1008SX5CBPW is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the Muncie A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees for flexible installation, and the pump flange is rotatable as well, giving hydraulic plumbing more routing options. Increased clearance around the unit makes installation easier in tight mounting situations. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter handles demanding continuous-duty cycles. Gear geometry has been optimized to reduce operating noise. The unit carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, comes in three housing arrangements, and is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
