The Muncie A20-A1009-HX31XPX or A20A1009HX31XPX is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff built for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, and the pump flange is also fully rotatable, giving installers flexibility on tight installations. Increased housing clearance eases the install further. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter adds durability at the drive end. Gear geometry is optimized for reduced operating noise. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit accepts the EX Drive shaft extension. A single intermittent/continuous torque rating applies across configurations.
