The Muncie A20-A1009-HX3CB or A20A1009HX3CB is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff from Muncie's A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, and the pump flange is also rotatable, giving installers flexibility in tight mounting situations. Increased clearance around the unit and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners simplify installation. Tapered roller bearings and an increased-diameter output shaft are built in to extend service life. The gear set is optimized for reduced operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep hydraulic fluid where it belongs.
