The Muncie A20-A1010-HX5PBBX or A20A1010HX5PBBX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series mounts with extended-length PTO fasteners and offers three housing arrangements, giving installers flexibility across a range of vehicle configurations. A rotatable pump flange and shift cover with 360-degree rotation reduce installation time, while increased clearance around the unit simplifies access in tighter bays. Internally, tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the increased output shaft diameter handles higher drive loads. The gear set is optimized to minimize operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep the unit clean. The A20 Series also accepts the optional EX Drive shaft extension.
