The Muncie A20-A1010-SX31XPX or A20A1010SX31XPX is a medium-duty, clutch shift power takeoff designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series automatic transmissions. Part of the Muncie A20 Series, it mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features a shift cover with 360-degree rotation, giving technicians flexibility during installation. The rotatable pump flange and increased housing clearance make fitment in tight engine compartments more manageable. Tapered roller bearings and an increased output shaft diameter are built into the design for longer service life. Reduced leak paths, maximized gear geometry for quieter operation, and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners are also standard. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension. Call us to confirm the correct housing arrangement and ratio for your application.
