The Muncie A20-A1012-HX3X4 or A20A1012HX3X4 is a medium-duty, clutch shift power takeoff from the Muncie A20 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The unit mounts via a 10-bolt interface and features a shift cover that allows 360-degree rotation, giving installers flexibility in routing shift linkage or air lines. A rotatable pump flange and increased housing clearance simplify installation in tight bays. Internally, a proven clutch pack combined with tapered roller bearings extends service life, while an enlarged output shaft diameter handles higher drive loads. Minimized leak paths and noise-optimized gear geometry are standard across the A20 Series.
