The Muncie SS88-14X5-A00XX or SS8814X5A00XX is an 8-bolt split shaft power take-off from Muncie's SS88 Series, designed to provide two SAE 8-bolt PTO apertures behind the transmission on medium-duty and heavy-duty vehicles. This unit supports a 14,000 lb-ft maximum thru-shaft torque rating and accommodates through-shaft flanges in the 1550, 1610, 1710, and 1810 series.
