The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8G-U6807-A1KX or CS8GU6807A1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO covering a broad range of automatic and manual transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and all flanges are rotatable for maximum pump clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator enables a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
