The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6004-A3KX or CS8SU6004A3KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for direct and remote pump drive applications. It accepts 19 transmission input gear configurations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts in keyed and flange types add versatility for remote pump installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device speed monitoring.
