Sold as a two-piece pack for Mack truck suspension spring mounting points, this insulator is made by PAI as an aftermarket replacement. It sits between the spring and its mounting seat to limit metal-to-metal contact and cut down on noise and vibration reaching the frame. Both insulators in the pack are identical.
