This window regulator is made by PAI for Mack DM and U model trucks and Mack R, RB, RD, and RW model trucks, including 1990-2001 RD688S and RD686S models. It mounts inside the door panel and converts crank or motor motion into the vertical movement that raises and lowers the window glass along its track. Sold as one each.
