116451P is a Mack relay valve for air brake systems, sold by Pro Gear and Transmission. It mounts near the brake chambers rather than at the treadle valve. The pedal valve only sends a control signal; the relay valve then passes reservoir air to the chambers at the same pressure, so they fill sooner and brake lag drops. When the pedal is released, the control air exhausts, the valve shuts off the reservoir supply and the chamber air is dumped through its quick release action. Sold as 1 each.
