Sold as a pack of six, this spindle lock nut threads onto the Mack steering knuckle spindle to hold the wheel bearings and hub in place while allowing bearing preload to be adjusted. It is made by PAI as a replacement for Mack applications. The six-nut pack covers a full axle set without ordering individual pieces.
