This slack adjuster mounts on the brake camshaft and fits Mack trucks originally equipped with the referenced OEM numbers. It converts pushrod travel from the air chamber into camshaft rotation, with periodic adjustment used to compensate for lining wear. It is a replacement, sold individually.
