The 30KH3386A is a complete Mack differential assembly, listed in our parts manual for the Mack CRD 201 / CRD 203 differential. One number brings together the differential case set, side gears (qty 2), spider pinion gears (qty 4), a differential spider, cone bearings, a nest kit and mounting washers. A shop can rebuild the unit that splits driveshaft torque between the axle shafts and lets the drive wheels turn at different speeds without sourcing each piece. A low rumble at road speed that changes pitch while turning can point to worn carrier bearings, though a bad wheel bearing can sound much the same. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
