This belt tensioner fits Cummins 4B 3.9, 6B 5.9, and 6C 8.3 engines and keeps the accessory drive belt properly seated on its pulleys to guard against slipping or noise. It is a PAI-made replacement sold individually. The unit mounts into the serpentine belt system in place of the original tensioner.
