This power divider kit fits Eaton DS 402 Series inter-axle differentials and is made by PAI as a replacement for the Dana/Eaton assembly. It includes an input shaft kit, D washer, nut, gear, side gears, bushings, and the inter-axle differential assembly needed for the rebuild, splitting engine torque between the front and rear tandem axles. It also fits Mack applications.
