This diaphragm is sold in a pack of five for air brake chamber rebuild work on Mack and Navistar trucks. It flexes within the chamber to convert air pressure into the mechanical force that actuates the brakes, sealing off the separate chambers as it does so. Made by PAI, it is intended as a replacement for air brake chamber service.
