This straight arm slack adjuster is sold as a 4-piece pack for Mack trucks, made by PAI as a replacement for the foundation brake system. It mounts on the brake camshaft and translates air chamber pushrod force into camshaft rotation, letting the linkage be adjusted as brake shoe lining wears.
