This spring brake valve is a PAI-made replacement sold individually as one each. It regulates air pressure to the spring brake chambers, allowing parking brakes to apply gradually rather than lock up abruptly during emergency braking. The valve manages both modulation and release of the spring-applied brakes for controlled operation.
