This shift fork fits Fuller 14909 Series transmissions and is made by PAI as a replacement for OEM number A-5159. It also works with certain Mack and Navistar applications sharing that transmission design. Inside the gearbox, it slides the synchronizer collar into position to engage the gear the driver has selected. It ships individually, one per pack.
