The 4X1445 AxleTech wheel stud is a genuine Meritor wheel end hardware part with no collar. It measures 5 1/8 in. overall, with a 5/8-18 thread on the hub end (1 3/4 in. thread length) and a right-hand 5/8-11 thread at the wheel end. The stud is what ties the wheel to the hub: tightening the nut stretches it slightly, and that tension clamps the wheel against the hub face. A stud with necking along the shank, galled or stretched threads, or a nut that no longer spins on freely by hand is due for replacement. 4X1445 is used in the KIT4744 axle hardware kit.
