The Bendix 802632 is an AD-IS air dryer for air brake systems. An air dryer pulls moisture and contaminants out of the compressed air before it reaches the brakes, using a desiccant cartridge that is cleared out during a regular purge cycle.
Water or oil collecting in the air tanks, desiccant that looks saturated or discolored, and purging more often than normal are the usual signs a dryer is no longer keeping up. Left alone, that moisture works its way into brake lines and valves. Call Pro Gear and Transmission to confirm the right dryer for your application.
A factory handling fee of $20.00 per unit is added at checkout.
