Bendix K049199 is an AD-IS air dryer supplied with drain valves. The dryer sits between the compressor and the rest of the air system, pulling water and oil out of the hot compressed air through a desiccant cartridge before it can reach valves, chambers and ABS modulators, then back-flushing itself with purge air at each unload. A tired dryer shows itself as water at the tank drains, oil at the purge exhaust, or freeze-ups downstream in cold weather. Call us to confirm fit for your application.
